Discarded Brand ambassador Calum Fraser will show you how to get a second life from foods around your home that would normally go to waste and even more importantly how to make some banging drinks with them. After being taught three simple techniques to keep your foodstuff useful for longer, you can choose a cocktail made from either our Sweet Vermouth or Banana Rum, utilising previously unwanted ingredients.
